Wine & Grappa Dinner

Join us for our very first Wine and Grappa Dinner on Wednesday , October 5th at 6:30pm. Greg Rivera, Regional Manager of August Imports, Advanced Sommelier and Certified Wine Educator will guide us through a tasting of Italy’s Grappa and Wine paired with a carefully curated menu prepared by Chef David Peck.
Grappa is the par excellence national spirit, 100% Italian in terms of historic tradition, culture, and production techniques. Come enjoy the food, wine and give the misunderstood Grappa an opportunity to shine as we compare the wine to the grappa produced by its pomace. This will be a unique, educational event for foodies and novices alike, as we expand our palates to appreciate the work and the tradition of Grappino’s namesake, Grappa.
